I've decided that I will pursue my AFF training when high school gets out in May, but I have been wondering how on earth can someone land a parachute on their own for their first time? Hell, it took me ages to learn how to land an airplane how can I land a parachute What were your first experiences like?

I did my first tandem jump for my 18th birthday this past weekend, it was just ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!...In the video though, I look like a rag doll haha (gotta get that body position correct) I'm actually going to do one more tandem, and then this summer I am going to start my AFF training. I also fly as a hobby, and it was just so liberating to jump out of the machine that I control nearly everyday. As they say, I've been bitten by the bug :-)
