  1. All the coaches there are great, but try and get in with Josh Evans. If belly flying, you can do more than 15 minutes. The problem will be how the time is broken up (such as an hour block of discounted time - work with your coach on that). If money allows, do 2-4 15 minute blocks and you'll be good (15 minutes take an hour break).
