Sawubona or hello from Africa, I’ve been lurking for a while now and am hugely impressed with this site and the forums in particular. I’m from sunny South Africa and got to hear about this site from our club CI – Tonto. I’m into 4 way FS so no doubt will spend most of my time hanging around the RW forum which I’ve already found to be amazingly informative. FS seems to be gaining popularity here again and especially at our club where we have a large base of really good FS competitors, coaches and enthusiasts. We are a little handicapped here having no wind tunnel. Every now and then one of our teams goes across to the tunnel and come back vastly improved. A good example of this is our current Junior 4 way champs – Phoenix Reaction – who with an average 180 jumps in the 3 juniors posted a 13.5 average – a new record over here after some tunnel time. But, even without a tunnel we still have loads of fun, and I’m not just talking about the avgas fired parties that we seem to have every week-end. My team is now entering the Intermediate category which basically means we start working on Random Blocks and selected block moves, so stand by for many cries of help from me on the RW forum.
