How to get the leather thing of the PC109?
thohell replied to skajdajver's topic in Photography and Video
This is how I did it: 1. Remove the 4 screws (the ones with arrows next to them) on the lid that the strap is connected to. 2. Fold lid gently upwards (very very carefully!). 3. Remove the 2 screws that the small metal bar is connected to (1 inside, 1 outside). 4. Push metal bar assembly inwards. Metal bar will come loose. 5. Remove strap. 6. Put everything back in reverse order. Note: You assume full responsibility if you decide to open your cam. If it breaks, don't blame me. :) /T -
...so I guess it's about time :) After a tandem in May, I took the S/L course here in Sweden last summer and got my "A" by the end of Aug and I was seriously hooked! The rest of the season I camped my DZ every weekend until the last load of the year and jumped student equipment. Sadly I only managed to do around 15 jumps after I got my license, partly due to weather and partly to finances. (Full price jumps+rental equipment is a lot of money) So... Come november '03 I got my own rig and problem #1 was solved. A PD150 in a tiny javelin with 400 jumps and in good condition will last me this summer :) Now I jump with max rebate, and have been jumping since first load this year. I will jump for my "B" rating this monday (4 more jumps YAY!) as a start of my 6 week vacation! My plan was to make between 200-400 jumps this summer, and since I have made around 80 so far it will be no problem! So, here I am and I'm loving this sport! /T
