  1. Tried out one this weekend and like the canopy. it opened on heading every jump nice a soft. Turns where quick and crisp with very little input and the flare was good. The glide on it was flat and it didnt want to land, had a hard time getting to my spot. Had to use alot of front risers to get it to come down. over all a nice canopy, great for novice.

  2. I love the fit of this helmet and how comfortable it is. It covers my head perfect and when you crank on the sky dial you don't hear any outside noise. I didn't realize how quiet it was until I jumped a different helmet. The only thing I don't like is the audible being on the outside but with the correct bracket and band it is safe from damage and shouldn't fall off. If you have a peanut head like me, you will love this thing

  3. Just got my helmet and I loved the way it looked and that's why I bought it. My first problem was the way it fit. It has a high neck line and my ears are not covered very well. I heated the ear pads and the fit is Ok and should break in better but still kind of tight and uncomfortable. My biggest problem and when I bought was the main reason I bought it was the lock jaw hinge. To get it to fit right and not rock around you have to crank on it but it puts your jaw in a weird angle. One good bump to the chin cup and it could break you jaw. I figured I would add padding to see if I could position it better and I kind of got it. I may have a Goofy shaped head and that might be my issue. Maybe putting it on before buying would be a good idea. Your head might like it and might fit better. I mounted a Cookie box for a PC 1000 and it looks great on it. After putting it together and checking for camera position I noticed from my recording that the top of the camera lays about 1 1/2 inches to the right. To get it to be centered i had to add washers on the top and now I have to tape the crap out of it to get rid of the snag point. Overall its a great looking helmet that I would suggest trying on before buying and using it for top mount instead of for side.

  4. I have only about 30 jumps on my Sabre 2 170 loaded 1.35. Not very happy with the openings, I don't like the 90 or 180. It has great flare power and it will get you back from a bad spot. Great for a novice but not for a beginner. You have to watch your packing and body position. Not for a lazy packer and it will tell you if you pack it like you should. I found out last weekend that it is like a pissed off girl friend that catches you cheating.
