  1. You should be able to find a new at a electronic dealer. If not you can contact SkyTools, the manufacture of CamEye www.skytools.m.se/ and they will send you a new plug with about 10 inch cable for a few bucks. Then only solder it together with your CamEye and it will be like new. . -Fear not those who argue, but those who dodge.
  2. Agree! Looked fun and no worse than deploy from a surf. Would be nice with a vid from the backflyers cam. . -Fear not those who argue, but those who dodge.
  3. Yepp, the one with you in! To see yourself on video is always good when learning, cause then you see what went wrong and can brief it on the ground. If not coached jumps, prettymuch any video with good performance. Watch it with a friend who knows how to ff and discuss each move and position. Slowmotion may help
  4. Yepp! Most of us have been there, spinning around. The best advise I can give you is to breath and relax. The more you try to fight the air the more you will be spinning around. So, before exit - take a deep breath and keep breathing through the jump. And you did had a sit for a few seconds sometimes. If you start to wobble (or slightly befor actually) I prefere to go to the ball with arms out (also known as vRW stable). Nice work by the camera as well - gave me some tips to think of. Keep on it! . -Fear not those who argue, but those who dodge.
  5. I had a 18e (same as the 16e but with MemoryStick) and it worked real nice to jump with. Now I have an 25e and it also works fine. It's nice to have DV-In but not necessary, depending of what you are going to use the camera for. The only thing I noticed is that the optics not go so "wide", which gives you a smaller field-of-view than some other cameras. So if you are going to buy an wide-angle lens you prob. want a little wider than usually. //Anders . -Fear not those who argue, but those who dodge.
  6. Great Work! For me it was the other way round. Headup worked great quickly but headdown worked sometimes and sometimes not. (Think I were trying to hard). Keep up the good work, do a lot of one-to-one jumps to keep a good level and don't forget to also learn headup b/c it's a good way to catch level if you're a bit low. . -Fear not those who argue, but those who dodge.
