Insure & Go is now only useful for UK residents if you are jumping in Europe. Outside Europe you are no longer covered.
Next best option is Insure4Sport, Sharp price too. They'll cover rig theft as long as its 'components aren't worth more than £2.5k each. Its not really travel insurance as such - more sporting activity cover. It does cover Emergency Medical Cover and repatriation costs which other than our beloved rigs, is the only other item most are concerned about. Only limitation I can find is that you need to be resident for 6 months of the year in the UK.
