Disappointed to say the least. I was going to return with my friends for my second jump that I already paid for but they refused to except my pass that had expired five days prior. When I purchased my second jump last year I knew it was going to be difficult to make it back before summer so I only bought my second jump after being told that as long as I redeem within a reasonable timeframe that my paid for jump would be honored even if it had just recently expired. I called several weeks before it expired but didn’t leave a message. Clearly a mistake. I got swamped, time passed, and called again today, and left a message. My call was returned in a timely manner but only to tell me basically “too bad”. He half offered to credit toward a FULL price repeat jump, but after this experience the people I was going to jump with would prefer to choose another location.
