  2. Dick's is great but there isn't a Dick's in Murrells Inlet, its more on the north end of the beach towards North Myrtle. The seafood restaurant strip in MI has like 20 restaurants probably and I can probably only name like 5 off hand even though I live right there. Drunken Jacks, Nances (awesome oysters), Bovines (fancy steak/seafood), Divines (owned by same people excellent but pricey seafood), The Crab Shack, The Admirals Flagship (might be making that up) , Alice Flagg's, River City Cafe (more of a little burger place), Suck Bang Blow (just had to include, local biker bar), ooo ooo and Lee's Inlet Kitchen (great southern cooking). Creek rats is another and there is one where they have a bunch of hats on the wall/ceiling but I can't remember the name offhand.... Lots of great places to eat down there.

  3. Hey! I'm from Myrtle. Ripley's Aquarium is there if you have spare cash and it's pretty cool. Charleston is a cool city with good restaurants. Also if you hit myrtle make sure you go down to Murrells Inlet to where all the seafood restaurants are, that is some of the best seafood eating in SC. If you hit it close to spring go down to Brookgreen Gardens past Murrells Inlet. Also in the summertime, The Pier at Garden City rocks. :)

  4. No you don't have to pay for the new aim, you have to pay for the theme service. When you think about it they really aren't making that much money off of that thing considering the server costs they must have. I heard the only real money they've made so far was because they licensed it out for cell phones. I'm pretty sure there isn't an easy way to get around the themes thing, or else I would be happy to take one for the team.

  5. So yea just downloaded the new AIM version, lots of cool new features. Including invisible mode and I think multi-screen name functionality if I'm not mistaken (haven't had a lot of time to play). So yea anyway just found these AIM Expressions things, they have a skydiving theme! But if you aren't on AOL you have to pay 1.95 to have it. How uncool.   7. I believe almost everything science provides adequate evidence for. I was referred to this site http://www.virusmyth.net/ by someone who I have a tremendous amount of respect for and think is very intelligent. They don't do a really good job of making their arguments concise or backing it up with solid scientific data, but they do quote a lot of people who know that stuff.

  11. Bump because some AV kid working at the university's tv station thing is looping the Badger thing on one of the normally unused channels. I was a little scared to be flipping by and see badgers. I was also a little scared when I kept watching. No sound though, stupid AV kid I guess he is just V .

  14. It is very typical for a morning game at Clemson to start drinkingat 7 am on sunday or before. Nothing like your parents coming up for parents weekend and cracking open a beer with your dad and brother at 7:30 am. Clemson tailgating rocks.

    I once woke up while I was at the hunting club to see my buddy wake up and crack open a beer at 3:30 a.m. and continue drinking all morning and through the day. Now that is dedication.

  15. When my girlfriend came back from Italy she was able to pay like 125 euros to check an extra bag. It's cheaper than shipping it so it may be an option for you. Also you could just wear all of your clothes onto the plane :)

    Also, everytime I go to buy something that costs more than 20 bucks, I immediately start calculating how many jump tickets I'm spending.



    I used to do this constantly, but I was would also calculate how many hours I would have to work in the chem lab to make up for it and still be able to jump. This was very discouraging towards purchases. I ate a lot of ramen noodles that year.

    I think skydiving did that for me, and I couldn't be more grateful. My family is pretty crazy in general though so I have a different kind of outlook on life from that too.

  • I went to a catholic school for grades 1-8. I was raised methodist. Now I am Atheist. I thought the Mormon church (aka Church of Latter Day Saints) was the fastest growing religion in the world. Could be wrong about that, might be the fastest growing Christian sect.

  • My dad had a pistol stolen out of his truck in our driveway recently.

    Also when I was like 8 or so the police uncovered a plot to kidnap my family to ransom us to my dad. So then we had to do some kind of WPP and they moved us around every two weeks for a few months until they could bring the whole thing down and convict the guys.

  • Yea if you go in their settings page there is a huge list of languages to select from. Some of them are pretty funny. It isn't a "hack" it's an intentional feature because the people that make google rock.
