  1. I purchased a $99 groupon for a 9000 foot jump but i didn't use it on time and it was a month expired. They stated after expiration it's good for $99 toward any of their products. I had negotiated that they would give us the groupon price for a 13k jump which was $129 on site without having to go through groupon. Crediting $99 towards the agreed on price would result in a $30 difference. When I got there they told me the $99 would only credit toward a full price jump. So I had to pay an addition $100 instead of the $30 previously agreed on. Arguing my point, this eventually resulted in the manager yelling at me in front of my friends and his other customers. It was absolutely ridiculous. I ended up paying the $100 because I didn't want to ruin my friends jumps. I wasn't even jumping. This was for my girlfriend. Otherwise I would have walked for sure. Horrible experience. He also lied about his arrangement with Groupon, claiming they don't have to give groupon a 50% commission. That commission is universal. I have offered groupons before and I know how it works.
