  1. Again though, they don't do static line. I think what I'm going to end up doing is going to Wissota and just camping there for a few days, probably do that twice to get enough jumps for my 'A' in. I'm on a pretty tight budget, so saving the $1,000 by doing static line is non-negotiable
  2. Yup, and static line is so much cheaper that it would offset the cost of gas anyways. I guess they have free camping on-site at Wissota, so I might borrow a friend's tent and just make a weekend out of it!
  3. Hey guys, I'm pretty new. I'm planning on doing Static Line Training at Skydive Wissota, but it's an hour-and-a-half drive each way, and I'm sure you guys know how quickly gas money can go down the drain! I'm wondering if there's anybody that commutes to Skydive Wissota from the twin cities that I could carpool with and split gas money with. Thanks! Edit: Also, first post, who do I owe beer to?
