This is the second time I tried to skydive with the company and both times they cancelled when I was there. Secondly, I paid extra for an altitude adjustment and was told it would be refunded. After a week I contacted Scott the manager and asked where the refund was. He told me he couldn't refund the money due to unforseen circumstances (what really happened was they forgot to file paperwork to tell the cropdusters we would be diving..that's what I was told when I was at the location) I wouldn't use this company and I definitely wouldn't recommend it. They definitely need better management to take care of the business side of things.
