  1. I know there are a bunch of threads on this, but I couldn't find one that had any activity in the last 5 years. I'll be out there next month, about 30 minutes south of Cancun (Riviera Maya area), and would like to break away from the family for a day and get some jumps in. Are there any DZ's that take fun jumpers in that area? From what's listed on here, looks like most places cater to tandems only or you can show up and hope for the best...which I'd rather not do. Thanks!
  2. Are there any videos out there of a rig being hooked up the a Squirrel ws (Swift) in skydive mode? The user manual the suit came with has some decent close-up pics of the zippers, but not really a "how-to" to make sure everything is sitting in there evenly and how it should be. Or does anybody have a pretty detailed play-by-play? Hooking up the rig to a Phantom is very straight forward....This seems a little less intuitive.
  3. Looks like Ozark Skydive Center and Freefall Express are one in the same? (links to their websites go to the same place). SkydiveKC is about the same distance to where I'll be, so maybe I'll give that one a shot
  4. Is Freefall Express the closest DZ to the lake? I'll be out there next month and wanted to try and jump some place that didn't require 2+ hours of driving. Is there one that's closer/recommended?
  5. I don't know what is harder to listen to...the news of the accident or the reporters trying to describe it. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2547215/Gods-hand-caught-Family-girl-16-survived-3500-foot-skydive-tangled-parachute-say-miracle-shes-alive.html
