  1. 6 divers and gear plus a pilot in a 206!!!! dear god that'd be a bad c of g situation. Even without gear your talking about each passenger being about 140lbs to reach gross weight. there's a reason it's a 5 seater, and that 5th seat in the back is usually for kids.
  2. Hi All, I'm new to dropzone and thought id use it to meet fellow skydivers to jump with. I moved to France about 4 months ago and have started getting back into skydiving. Unfortunately i don't speak French other than the odd word or number here and there. I'm finding it rather difficult at the drop zones as I'm not able to ask questions of people, or to clearly manifest myself without looking like an idiot. I did my AFF in Arizona about a year and a half ago, got my A license, then ran out of money due to loosing my job. now that i have another job and have settled in, I'm able to finance my jumps and want to get out there and have fun. I did 3 jumps last weekend with a coach to get myself back up to speed and licensed in France. Now I'm "cut loose" to jump on my own....but I'd rather meet some people, have some laughs, and get some guidance around the DZ rather than stand there on my own and do nothing but solo jumps. If anyone's jumping in the south of France or Spain who could recommend any English speaking DZ's or jumpers id really appreciate it. Cheers
