    The '82 OG Vegas tunnel is a recirculating tunnel. IFLY Litigation works and buys sky venture more time. ISG states their wind tunnel technology was developed by the group in cooperation with the Aerospace Department of the University Berlin. NASA did the real work with horizontal wind tunnel R&D.
