  1. Even though this dropzone was previously ASC there has been major changes that can't be ignored that have made this a great dropzone to visit. First of all this dropzone is no longer run by SkyRide. This is a great dropzone to do the AFF course and tandems at a great price. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. I definitly trust the instructors there. They are cautious when they need to be and I am thankful for that. The grass in the landing area is very long most of the time. The county is suppose to cut it but gives the dz a hard time about doing THEIR job. I've been to other dropzones that didn't have AC and I am very thankful that this one does especially during the very hot summer days. I would like to see this dropzone get some updates. It could be cleaned up some and maintence issues addressed. The plane (Beech) is CRAP. Bring back the CASA :) or atleast a plane that I feel a little safer in please. Although this dropzone does many tandems the fun jumpers do come out often to do fun jumps especially on the weekends...with good/working planes. I am hoping to continue to see some positive changes to this dropzone. The most important things are there including but not limited to the great staff and great prices. I will go back again and again. :)
