  1. I have a few friends who own Kurupee suits, both one piece freefly and two piece, who love them and recommended I try them out. I have to admit, I felt like I was making a little bit of a gamble based on prior reviews about customer service. Boy was I about to be proven wrong! I ordered a one piece freefly suit. I opted for mini-grippers on the arms and legs, double material in the lower arms and legs to slow me down a bit, and cordura butt and knees. The mesh lining as standard is awesome. Asked for name embroidery on the collar and an all black suit but but requested they use red thread for all the stitching for an understated look. Also opted for rush service so I could have it in time for the Skydive Sebastian Invasion in Florida starting 12/26. My order date was 11/13/12. About twelve days after ordering I emailed and asked about the progress of my suit. I received a reply within the hour stating that my suit was shipping the next day and would receive a tracking number, which I did the following day. I received the suit THREE days later from SOUTH AMERICA. Holy geezus that's fast! Suit looked perfect, exactly what I thought it would be like. I immediately tried it on for fit and...oh no! The sleeves were about 4 inches too short! Everything else fit as it should, based on the Medium fit I ordered (they come in a tight, medium and baggy or loose fit). It's worth noting my friend who is a professional costume designer for film measured me three times and then averaged them as my final measurements to be sent. I immediately emailed Ed and even sent some photos of the fit. He assured me he would fix the problem. I thought that might mean sending the suit back to Paraguay and them altering it for me. Nope! Instead he insisted they make an entirely new one and even offered to ship it to Skydive Sebastian so it would be waiting there for me after I drove down from NYC. Instead I asked for it to be sent to a relative nearby. One week later I get a call from my aunt saying it had arrived. So they made a mistake, responded immediately to my correspondence about it, offered to make an entire new suit and expedite it's creation and then ship it practically overnight to Florida. If there is another company that makes custom goods out there, let alone jumpsuits for skydiver's, with this kind of customer service, please let me know. This is way above and beyond anything I could have possibly expected. In the end, from initial order on 11/13/12 to delivery of my SECOND jumpsuit on 12/19/12, I would say I was completely blown away with Kurupee. By the way, my 2nd suit was absolutely perfect and I had tons of people asking me who made it, whether it was during the invasion at Sebastian, or during travels afterward at Z-Hills and Skydive Deland. All I did was point to the logo on my leg pocket! :) Kurupee can expect to see me as a return customer very soon as I plan to buy a two piece free fly suit later this year to have more options during the warm summer months. Kurupee and Eduardo (Ed) F**CKIN' ROCK!!! Quality of construction, price, customization and customer service are absolutely top notch. They must have listened to people's reviews and boy did they step up their game! P.S. Anyone who wants to see photos of their workmanship, please feel free to get in touch with me...
