It's not just that the killer was a racist. The police had a chance to prove their professionalism by arresting the killer and investigating further. Because they also were racist this didn't happen. Meanwhile a killer is still free to possibly kill again.

You have no idea if any of that was a factor in this kids death. People need to put their emotions in check. It's amazing that not a single one of the emotionally charged hand wringers has called for the Black Panthers, Al Sharpton etc. to shut up, quit stirring things up racially and let this family grieve and let the Police and Prosecutor do their job. If this was a skydiving fatality, would these same people be here blaming the AAD, the rigger, the gear etc. until the facts were known? If the police had done their job, arrested the guy and investigated properly the Black Panthers wouldn't have got involved. Now you're giving them the publicity they want not anyone else.

Depends whether he gets convicted or not. If he gets away with murder serial killers have a tendency to act again. Plus if he gets away with killing an innocent black kid there will no doubt be others who feel 'threatened' by the colour of someone's skin and will act in a copycat style. All the anti-death penalty liberals here seem to think that a 1,000 guilty murderers should go free in order to save one innocent man on death row. And the ironic thing is, those are the same people who are here calling the shooter a murderer, without even having any facts yet for a basis upon which to do that. The majority of blacks live highly concentrated in highly populated big cities with more police, therefore more arrests on the dominant racial population for that area. I don't think the numbers we've been talking about suggest that, and in the past I've provided an argument to support my claim against those who do...you cannot or will not.
