Gravityrat4 0 #3 July 10, 2002 There are a few different ways that you can side slide to the left or right while head down. One that really helped my girlfriend is bringing one arm in while leaving the other extended. For example if you want to side slide to the right you simply bend your right arm to bring you hand in while leaving your left arm extended. This can be used to move fast or slow depending on how much you bring the right arm in. Now when I am in formations and I want to make a slow controlled slides I simply use my hands only.
