Kerry Vail, the owner of Surf Flite Skysurfing Equipment, Keith Snyder, Pro Sky Surfer, and myself, are currently in production of a new instructional video for Skysurfing. This video wont be for sale as far as I know, but once it is completed, I'm sure you could contact Kerry to see how to get a copy if this discipline is something you might be intersted in.
