Here's to accomplishments...

Recommended Posts

Post your accomplishments that are so small that no one else knows but you know them by heart. For example ... I know that my record for lines on a "gameboy" tetris is 211. I know that I have beaten solitare in 135 seconds. I know that no one else knows these things. I remember hitting a street sign with a orange carrot sobe bottle doing 40mph on a windy road from the drivers side ... damn...cant describe the feeling. I fit 23 napkins in my mouth. I jumped over the hood of my vice princibles lincoln in high school. Not a single significant person in my life knows this stuff. But now you do. ;)

I hit a dirt wall on a county road once while picking up a friend for school. When I got to my friend's house I realized my front license plate was missing. I drove back & found it implanted in the wall......what a feeling:S

I was the only girl who could do the splits when I tried out for cheerleading................imagine that!

I aced 14 points in a row playing volleyball my senior year....woo hoo!

Well gee! You're telling us that we are all insignificant people. Thanks. >:(:D;)

I feel pretty damn inadequate!

I shot down a Stuka Dive Bomber with a cannon once.

OK it was only a model. And a tennis ball cannon. One of those cannons powered by lighter fluid and made from beer cans.
I was test firing the cannon and accidentally hit the model which was suspended from the ceiling.

I scored a direct hit.

It was a total loss.

I have no sense of smell. Wasn't born with one.

I love it! I just think its so funny how we remember those little things forever. I mean...we all have the big stuff...you know graduated college, climbed everest, swam the english channel etc (not really)...but in 20 years I'll still remember that when I was 15 I threw up a beer bottle and nailed it with a baseball bat without breaking it (twice and intentionally)

When I was eight years old, I came in third in a downhill race in my age category (8-10)- beaten by two Dutch boys who were each at least 1.5 times my height and weight (I was a scrawny little thing).

They picked me up on their shoulders after the medal awards. It was cool.

you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?

Well my two biggest accomplishements are my children... but things that no one here knows about me, well I was the only girl on my high school basketball team to slam dunk. I was a cheerleader all through school. I also did ballet since I was four and danced with the Kirov Acadm. I also did ballroom dancing since I was 7. After I developed tendenitius in my knees I had to stop dancing. I also was a coke and herion addict in high school and after my overdose I quit cold turkey, it was a rough year after that. I watched my friend commet suicide right in front of me and it took me a long time to get over the fact that I had no control over her actions. I think that everything I do is some kind of accomplishment because without it I would not be the person I am today and I love who I am.
