cooking a lamb

A good buddy of mine is dating a chick who has an uncle that farms, and he was given a big-ass leg of lamb. Now we're trying to figure out how the fuck to cook this thing. I'm looking for a recipie. Hopefully one that includes booze, as the house is full of Argentino and French wine, Mexican Tequila, Pisco from Peru, Rum from Venezuela and Colombia, Scotch and Venezuelan beer.


How do we cook a lamb?

1) take all the booze (hard liquer) in the house and pour it into a garbage can.
2) completely submerge lamb in booze for 12 hrs
3) take lamb out and coat in kosher salt and FRESH ground black pepper.
3) bake until intermal temp is 145F

allow to cool and serve with mint sauceand sprigs of rosemarry
.

Lamb is awesome my Fav meat.

You can bake it. It’s a good idea to inject the lamb with garlic, and cover it with a bit of honey, Red wine is also a good idea to add. Salt pepper.
Then bake it slow and for a bit time (don’t know what size but you can find a chart somewhere).
