answer to the two-way wingsuit/non-wingsuit question you never had

if a non-wingsuit jumper goes RIGHT after a wingsuit... is there the chance that there will be a mid-air collision (if the wingsuit falls too slow before getting forward speed...)

while i am certain the answer to this question is both intuitive and widely known... i didnt know and wanted to find out:

What country was that video shot in? I know there are plenty of terminal walls outside of Norway, Swiss and Italy but we rarely get to see footage from them. Refreshing!
