jumping again

I have decided that I want to start base jumping again, but need to loose about 25 lbs. Tonight I did 25 sit ups and needed to do it in 4 sets damn I am way out of shape, but my back was popping like crazy so it must be a good thing.

If you are wanting to lose weight go for cardio not sit-up's. All sit-up's do are tone muscle they don't really burn much fat. Welcome back. ;)
