Skydiving in Utah
Before deciding to go skydiving in Utah, you should know a little bit about the history in order to fully appreciate what you see when floating down back to earth. The state of Utah, commonly referred to as The Beehive State, is most well-known for its world-renowned ski resorts, the Rocky Mountains, and its big Mormon population. The name Utah originates from the name of the Ute tribe, and means people of the mountains. It is called the Beehive State because of the symbol of the beehive on its state flag, which the Mormons believe to be the perfect symbol to indicate their industrious nature.
