  1. Make the measurements correctly and what you'll get is a very snug fitting suit that keeps well in place thanks to all the spandex in it.

I got the majik booties, which are very powerful, but don't catch too much air for a small girl like me, so they are perfect.

the coolmax lining is another option I recommend, it prevents the nylon from sticking to you on a hot day, and the high zippers on the booties are really nice, as you get to "air" your legs a bit in between the jumps.

How the zippers on the booties are closed seem like a solid solution, the main zipper seems like good quality, and it stays up easily with the zipper halfway up.

I've only put 80 jumps on it, but it seems well made and washes well, the only problem seems to be that the red fades a bit in strong sunlight, but that is to be expected.

The delivery time was 8 weeks, so I had to pay "rush" to get it delivered in 5, but it wasn't that expensive, and not really a problem.

The people at Bevsuits were really helpful and friendly, and answered all of my questions. It was delivered on time no problem.

All in all a great suit for girls, and I recommend it, especially to people who need a fast nylon suit.

  2. ...than under my Aerodyne Smart 135 wingloaded at 1:1. Really big, powerful flare, really resistant to imbalance in the harness, a really boring canopy, just like a reserve is supposed to be. Can't say much about the opening, it was really nice and soft and on heading, but most canopies have comfortable openings at sub terminal.

It works, it's not expensive, I'm getting another one for my new rig.

  3. I upgraded from a Sabre150 to a Silhouette 150. Before I got the Silhouette I had only flown Navigator and Sabre.

The openings are good, much like the Navigator, you feel them and they don't use too much altitude, but mine have never been uncomfortable. It's also very tolerant to body position during opening, and flies straight even with multiple line twists.

Once open, it is easy to fly both on toggles and on back risers, but a little heavy on the fronts. But probably that won't be a problem if you're getting this canopy, you'll probably not be interested in swooping and you can still get the front risers down if you need to get through wind.

The landings are superb, it's got a lot of flare power, a lot more than the sabre, it just goes on and on. No problem at all on no wind days.

All in all a really nice canopy for low wingloadings, great for inexperienced jumpers like myself. Gets you to the ground comfortably, and makes you stand up your landings.

I wingload the Silhouette 150 at 0.95:1 or 1:1 with lead. It was a little faster at 1:1, but still very easy to fly. The canopy has 600 jumps, so is well "packed in", but the lineset has just 100 jumps, so if opens and flies like new.
