Does your school have a club? At FSU we have a club with $100 rental fees for a semester and that also gets you all the training. Granted it's rental gear- similar to the gear on DZ- it's not custom fit but it'll work just fine. Try starting a club! It's amazing what schools will pay for- sometimes.

How could I possibly miss this one? I just got my 'A'! so this is perfect timing!!!! When are people leaving from Tally?

Well let's see... I was stuck between Peanut (we all know why he's called that now) and another tandem (aged roughly 55 and out of shape) doing naked jumps. Humm, yeah, I'm definately scared for life, but hey, if they feel so inclined do to so, then let them jump. But I do think a little bit of warning would have been nice

I'd have to say yeah to that question. I have 2 now and will be getting the 3rd in a month or so- my boyfriend is getting his 2nd today and I'm going to give the artist my ideas. I'm so excited.

Just curious. I have to ring them all day for my job and a surprising number of them don't work. Oh well.

The shoelace was also the first thing that I noticed. But just got it yesterday and only looked at it while not studying latin in the library. Congrats to all who made it!!

Well that really sucks!! I'm new to the sport and enjoy knowing who I'm talking to and who I have talked to at a DZ. For all the people who don't list their names, it's weird. But hey, if you feel you have to keep that off your profile, then I guess you do.

We have been having beautiful ones down here in Florida due to all the African dust that's been traveling around. You can look directly at the sun and not hurt your eyes- that's how much dust is in the air. It's been a bright orange- just georgious!

Riding on a motorcycle. Never been on one, and all I ever hear are horror stories. I think it has to do with the idea of sliding on the pavement... it just doesn't seem worth the risk. But everybody always offers, I'm just afraid they are going to do something stupid that puts me on the pavement. Maybe one of these days

Hell yeah! They most def kicked @ss! I saw them live in Tallahassee. They were awsome...was up on stage dancing with the singer . I had a blast!!! If (and when) they come through, I'd go again.

Before I started driving the company van (I deliver flowers to all the rich people in my town- strange how that is true...) I talked to some friends who drove vans for their companies and ALL of them had wrecked the van in some fashion or another. So I just thought that NONE of my friends could drive, (ha, silly teenagers) but what happens today? I hit someone in the company van, less than a mile from the store, while my boss is in Ireland for 2 months. Ugh, not such a good day, but at least it wasn't my fault...not really...

I'll be down there in a couple of weeks and really excited! I was just about to plan on asking people if they had ever been there but you got around to it before I did... but I'll take all the suggestions.
