Raffles are usually the domain of not for profit entities... schools, churches...etc. Additionally you can't raffle anything with a dollar value of more than 25k.

I though it was illegal to charge people to enter a contest in the US, save for lotto and gambling, which are licensed.

One of the biggest reasons not to consume alcohol with Vicodin (Anexsia, Co-Gesic, Hydrocet, Lorcet, Lortab, Zydone) is that is contains Acetaminophen (tylenol) which is metabolized through the liver, mixing Acetaminophen and alcohol in the liver is a big no-no. Just make sure your painpills don't have it in them and your ok.

Wouldn't it be the legislature that requires the license, and the DOT.... no they don't.... it would be the DPS, enforce the laws.....DPSOA is a fund for DPS officer hurt or killed on duty, like the 100 club in Houston, I don't think they can require anything.

Hi there,
Hopefully someone in here is good with graphics.
My mother's boyfriend / fiancee has a picture of him and his son landing after the second tandem jump, but the only problem is that the picture is in the form of a jigsaw puzzle. The original print I would image has been lost to time.
I'm trying to get it to a presentable form. (The jigsaw looks great in a frame, but he would like something to hang up at the d/z)
I scanned it in to my puder, but I'm a far cry from knowing even the smallest bit about altering graphics. What I need to know, or get help on is: what would be the best way to get the jigsaw lines out of the graphic? I've been playing around with it in Photoshop, but the results have been dismal. Is there anyone out there who can possibly give me some pointers.

Just FYI, SkydiveUSA is no more. The owner of Skydive Houston has bought all the equipment. There aren't any plans I know of to keep it running.
