Recently spent the week in Switzerland for a meeting in Lucerne and found this great Dropzone. They have just the one plane (holds 10), but there was never a long wait. The place couldn't have been friendlier. Most of the regulars speak English in addition to German, so no language difficulties with communication.
Highly recommended if you are in the area.

It took me very little time to make friends at this zone-my German is not the best-but never felt like I wasn't welcome. Fehrbellin has a large landing area with very few obstacles, and is easy to locate from altitude. On the week-ends, it can take a while to get on a load, due to a large number of tamdems, but there is no shortage of people to chat with while waiting.

only wish this place were open all week. the facilities are great. the only downside is the mosquitoes!
