I am watching the news and I just heard there was a tornado in Polk County. They're reporting several fatalities. Hopefully, it wasn't close to the dropzone, but check in and let us know you're alright!

I Still Can't Believe This Happened To Me!

The ad I heard was on the radio so I assumed the girl in the ad would be on last night.

I watched it and I have to say it was horrifically slow and kind of dumb. At least I TIVO'd it so I was able to fast forward through most of the mind numbing slow crap.

Maybe you should go on the show! I bet you wouldn't even win 5 bucks!

Has anyone heard anything about the new game show, "Amnesia"? I was listening to the radio this morning and they had an advertisement about it.

Apparently, they test your memory about different things in your life. They asked a woman contestant, "What was the name of the all female skydiving group you were a part of?" She said "PMS!"

So my question is who was it? All I heard was a voice, so I couldn't tell who it was! I'll be watching NBC at 9 tonight to find out!

My high school health teacher told us in class that if you lift the toilet seat before using the bathroom, the crabs can't hold on and will slide off the seat.

Just something to think about....

I am soooo scared of tornadoes for some reason. When I was younger, the sirens would go off in the middle of night and I would RUN downstairs to our basement and start crying hysterically if my whole family wasn't directly behind me.

I still freak out when I hear the sirens, but I don't cry anymore. You would think that living in Georgia I would be used to it by now and not so scared.

Tornades are frightening! Don't mess with em!

On Xbox360, I'm BraveJHawk. It's actually my husband's ID, but I play under it too. I mainly stick to Call of Duty 2 and 4. I didn't like 3 too much.

You might end up playing against my hubby sometimes, but he's better than me and might be more fun to play against!

That is one of my biggest pet peeves at work! I just can't understand how it is so hard to put the WHOLE thing in. I'll ask them and they'll say "Oh I didn't know it could hold the whole thing." That would be an okay excuse I guess, but I just told them 2 days ago that all of it would fit when they did it last time. Idiots!

It's been awhile since I posted, but seeing as how this is my LAST semester of undergrad, I'm excited to share!

I'm a Sociology major, but I am taking a bunch of psychology courses to fulfill some electives and they seemed the most interesting.

-Social Research Methods (Hate this class! Already dropped it once, but it's required to graduate!)
-Intro to Human Sexuality ( OH YEAH! )
-Developmental Psychology
-Medical Terminology (easy elective, online)

I heard they won't let bachelorette parties into Swinging Richard's. I also heard that they won't let girls in unless a gay guy was with you. SUCK!

I was supposed to be born on April Fools' Day, but it was a cruel joke for my mother and I was born a month early on March 3rd.

I was watching Wife Swap last night and there was this family that was on a "raw" food only diet. They don't drink water at all because they believe that it dehydrates their bodies. Instead, they drink this really old fermented milk. Gross!

I have never heard of water dehydrating your body. I think that's ridiculous.

Well I'm still in school as a Sociology major and I doubt very highly I will use the degree in whatever I decide to do.

Wow! You went to Pebblebrook? I went to Osborne High School! We were pretty close! Oh and I can admit that I graduated in 2002.

I'm in a sociology class right now that is all about death and dying. Last week, we discussed this very question. I am not sure what I want actually. I would kind of like to be cremated because it takes up less space, but I know my family would like to bury me in a traditional funeral.

We watched a video about this old man who had his wife's head frozen and he had the ashes of the rest of her body that he kept in little capsules that he would shallow like a pill everyday. It was really weird.

I absolutely love House! We're going to tivo the new episodes when the new season starts.

I also tivo the reruns of ER that come on TNT. I have now officially watched every episode of that show except last season's and I still love it!

It angers me that House comes on at the same time as Gilmore Girls.......
