  1. Hi there.

Old thread but I wanted to bump it...

Tickets booked for 27th dec - 3rd jan.
Will be bringing 2-3 swedish f*ockers with me.
20 or so "normal" swedish skydivers are coming as well.

David Haygarth and Miikka Sakari Oksanen with a friend is also confirmed.

Jarno, will you by any chance be bringing some demo´s to have fun with ?

Hope to see some more birds there!

Maybe I am looking at the Pic wrong????? Is the WS flying somewhat "at" the canopy from the front, not directly head on but with a closing speed being increased over the WS flight speed?

    We came in almost head-on.

    The plan was:
    Canopy exit at 3000m -> deploy at 2300 m.
Canopy continue flying straight in the run-in direction, break-off at 1000m.

Wingsuits exit and do a head-on approach.
We came in with 50-100m side offset and just closed the distance the last bit.

The canopy pilot had a visual on us on our approach and kept a steady line.

The picture lie a bit, the angle between wingsuit and canopy appear steeper then it is and the distance appear quite short.

    Still, a nice picture.

  5. Thanks for a boogie filled great jumps and crazy nights =). Fortunately we managed to avoid getting arrested and could keep flocking ;)
Hope to see you all in the air sometime soon again!
Ps. After that last night in the bar we overslept and almost made us miss the flight home.

  7. Hi everyone.

Just wanted to say thanks to all u guy´s (and gal) who flocked with us. Couldn´t imagine me doing that stuff in the air before I met Henny, David and Flemming. You rock, all those tips and tricks u learned me and the polish bowling ball ;).

Can´t wait until the next time I can flock with u.
(Ps great pics, Gustavo and David!)
Gonna make a poster and put it up in my office.

Happy new years greeting from the swedish rookie vampire.

  8. Hi all.

I´ve had a go on some roll attempts, some better then others.
Last one I tried I got on tape and doesn´t look that good.

I find it pretty hard to stop the roll once it get started. Anyone wanna give me some pointers ?

I´ve watched fly-like-a-brick videos at least 1000 times, it seems easy when they do it ...
