Basically, military rigger with no faa license packing civilian pilot emergency rigs for use in civilian aircraft.and no not asking for a "friend". Just found out about the situation and wondering if it is legal ?

If one is a military rigger,but does not have an faa license,can you legally pack civilian gear?

when i worked at Parachute equipment Corp, ,they were telling people that Tempo's had a problem with blowing up.any truth to that or was it just Propaganda?
