does someone know an insurance that covers a emergency transport in the home country and the "Haftpflicht" liability for 1,5Mio€ world wide?

a friend of mine went to Dubai, and since he didn't have a lot of jumps either (~200-ish i think), he wasn't allowed to jump into the palm islands dz, he was at the desert dz.

The Flight there and back should be under 500€, so States is too far. But i heard something about Dubai. I found a flight for about 400€. Can I jump there with 40 jumps? Do you like the DZ there?

I just go my licence!!! Before one year I had my first tandem jump and when I landed I told my master I am going to make the licence. Finally I did. Great feeling!
