dude!! You are fricken sooo right!! I sucked pretty bad then realized that I was wearing clear goggles - I got some red ones, then I fricken kicked ass!!! Why stop there, I thought. I watched some pros and noticed that the ones that wore sunglasses were even better, so I switch the goggles for sunglasses and my skills grew once again. Then , I heard that chuck taylors(shoes) had freefly skill enhancing properties so I picked some up. Let me tell you, the difference is night and day - I cant believe that I could even stay on my head before I had chucks - simply amazing

I've had coaching from some badass flyers and out of all of them havent experienced any kind of ego shit after meeting them - ah, there's the key. Sometimes people LOOK like they may have an ego or something, and someone will just say, "that guy is a dick" without even meeting them. Then, buddy tells his friends, and they tell their friends, blah blah blah - I've been guilty of it myself. But after meeting and jumping with the few people that I initially thought were asses, I realized that I was the ass for making the assumption before even meeting them myself. I'm not saying that asses dont exists, but of the 5 or so world class flyers that I have jumped with, all were super cool, and taught me loads of stuff. So, as far as the slots paid and 30 bucks, it's totally worth it

for freefall I use the sigma EX 15mm fisheye and I get great results. It's not as fisheyeish as one might think when mounted on DSLR. Pretty good price too. For ground work right now I am using canon 28-135 IS, and canon 75 - 300. Here's a shot using the sigma 15mm on my 10D:

That's a pretty bold statement to make. Are you saying that he 'moved' to europe because, that is what you 'think' or because that is what you know? I've recently heard otherwise.

what was the problem? Were there issues with exporting? I had those problems and tried for over a year to figure them out. On win 98, premiere would export perfect.once I installed XP it wouldnt. The wierd thing was, it would work flawlessly on my laptop which had XP installed too. It has something to do with the chipset on the MOBO. Systems with VIA chipsets dont work well with XP and premiere (like my computer that didnt work). intel chipset (like my laptop) work flawlessly. Ofcourse this could not even be remotely close to the problems that you've been having and I just blabbed for nothing.

Couldnt you just have someone take them in some? One of my floaty biatch friends just had the legs on his suit taken in a bit, and it's made a pretty big difference. But then again, it's scary thinking about where your pants would be while you werent looking - I've seen some pretty scary pictures over there - poor Sporto Do it yourself if you could sew, or dont let them leave your site

I quickly upload to my laptop via usb2.o card reader. Then I just run a slide show and let everyone ogle over the pictures while I'm packin' n stuff.
On occasion, I'll view them on the big screen.

I can get about 200 pictures at the highest quality/resolution on my 512 sandisc ultra (using 10D). No problems with the speed of the card either. Works like a charm

I use the bogen. I like it better than the stroboframe

unfortunately, these days it really doesnt matter where the error lies. There's LOTS of suit manufacturers with great prices that make awesome suits, and customer service is one of the biggest things people base their purchases on. For every suit manufacturer that with charge 35 bucks an hour to repair a mistake, there is one that will do it for free and send you some goodies back with the suit.
