When you submit an ad, in the form for submission during step 5 of the procedure you will be able to select whether you want to submit the ad as a free ad or choose a payment package.
In order to have your ad featured, you will need to select a payment package. During the completion of your submission you will be redirected to PayPal where you can finalize your payment.
After payment has been made, your ad will be submitted as a featured ad and receive priority over free adverts.
