I've been reading this for a while and keeping my mouth (keyboard) shut until now. Note my experience. I guess it depends on how you define "ok". Is it ok to die for this stunt? Is it ok for others to die for this stunt? I fully understand and accept the risks in this sport. That doesn't mean I'm going to take unnecessary or stupid or avoidable chances. Like Normiss, I want to come back tomorrow and jump again. The only way I can see this stunt being ok is if all the jumpers are highly experienced. The only reason I can see would be for a movie stunt. (And big$$). And even then it would be very carefully choreographed, and rehearsed, and broken down into manageable segments. Like the "Get Smart" jump. Sangi, do you even understand the risks in this "trick"? The possibilities for accidental deployment, entanglement, collisions? And mostly, the chance that anything going wrong will probably become a catastrophic disaster ending in multiple fatalities? I'm trying not to slam you too hard, but the lack of understanding you show is frightening. As was said earlier, wanting to do exciting things is not a bad thing, but doing them without understanding the risks is extremely dangerous. Both to you and those around you. Hello there, I'm a newbie skydiver (with 21 jumps), getting my gear during the winter and I have a dilemma with helmets. I'm looking for a FF helmet and I narrowed my choice to 3 of them: 1. http://www.boneheadcomposites.com/guner.htm 2. http://www.boneheadcomposites.com/mindwarp.htm 3. http://www.tonfly.com/NI-O_500964.html One skydiver told me to go for tonfly, even though He's using boneheads guner. But Shannon was on a higher plain, Such an incredibly funny woman and positive vibe, She put smiles on my face and made me laugh so hard that in the begining she was the only reason I came to the bonfire. Mr poodle, maybe my trip was done before I was a skydiver maybe my trip was done when i was on a business trip in rome for 2 weeks and stayed during the weekend maybe my trip involved playing tour guide to the 2000 contingent of the Miss World competition on their way to Malta (and Sangi, if this is your reason too, say hi to Miss Brazil). maybe I'm not a skydiver either and who you think jumped with you is in a fact a robot double maybe (actually, i'm pretty sure of this one coz she told me) my wife doesnt want to skydive with you either due to various reasons, some of which are your foul smell, lack of abaility, repulsiveness, and having a burgundy jumpsuit. hehehe Remster Muff 914

Hi Aragao, I'm sure if you post on the Safety and Training forum a list of terms you dont understand, and explain English isnt your 1st language, you will get lots of answers...
