If you cannot jump due to weather you will NOT get your money back no matter what! Staff does not communicate well. I came in on a saturday to jump at 10. An hour went by with no update. I asked and was told the weather was not clear enough to jump weather yet. I waited another hour with no communication and decided to call it a day and rescedule. The whole time the entire staff was socializing among themselves with no apparent interest in running the business or keeping the waiting customers informed. The owner is extremely unprofessional. He never returned any phone calls I made. This place is a joke. Don't put your life in the hands of these people.
