  1. aight, this is what I needed to hear, thanks for the inputs, I'll be ordering mine tonight !!!
  2. Anyone out there that can speak to the average life span of the N3 battery? I read in a review that the battery can only be replaced by the manufacturer and i have not been able to find further details on the cost, time, etc. Is this true or can the battery actually be replaced by the user? After doing plenty of research I was sure to have decided for the N3 in favor of the Optima II but this battery thing I read online has put my purchase on hold until I get some feedback from real world users. Thanks in advance.
  3. Might be the wrong assumption, I will discuss again prior to buying...
  4. Actually 220 is MY weight, not my EXIT weight, so my WL is 1.19 or 1.20. I have 20 jumps at this WL. What the instructor told me is that the reserve is designed to get you to the ground safely, so 190 is what I should get. I will ask again, I have no problem getting a 210 reserve.
  5. Hello. I'm 6.1 and weigh 220. I plan to fit a 210 main and a 190 reserve. I prefer the Mirage due to all the security features they have listed on their website. Not sure if they are just marketing gigs or true upgrades compared to other rigs out there, but the one piece cable housing vs electrical fittings, the covered reserved flap grommet and some other things I have read seem to make sense given my limited experience in this sport (75 Jumps in 10 months). The rigger at my drop zone mentioned that the G4 has more flaps to go thru for the reserve to deploy and this for some reason concerns me. I would like to get some advise here from some more experienced folks about G4 vs Infinity in general for my size and if the G4 reserve pilot chute design should be a concern (anyone with actual cutaways out there). THANKS!
  6. Is this a mirage issue or a cypres issue? Could this occur with a mirage and a vigil? What about with an infinity and cypres? Trying to understand if this only can occur with mirage / cypres and what is unique about the mirage cypres combination? Also if this is a known issue why hasn't either company done anything to resolve this?
  7. Has anyone else heard about this issue with cypres and mirage? Can't seem to find imformation on this and was looking to buy this combination myself. Thinking twice about it now...
  8. Quick question, I just ordered my revolve today and wanted to know if you can remove the visor if you have the Contour HD Camera Mount installed on it, or if you have to remove the mount first in order to be able to remove the visor? Thanks, ElMono
