Fly it much yet? I'm still rocking the original Colugo but its starting to wear out. ps Happy birthday you magical unicorn Thank you my fellow unicorn. I haven't flown it yet. I'm still totally in love with my A1. But I watched three of the best take it across the road at our medium wall with plenty of altitude to spare. Fastest start I've ever seen. It was as if their start arc stayed positive from the time they left the ground. And to have that kind of altitude at that kind of distance from the wall was insane. Not saying I could do the same in the A2, but to see them fly kill it like that...I was blown away. Squirrel gets it. PM or text me for details. Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.

Just buy it you mystical beast! You will have the biggest Wingsuit ever made, you giant hunk of a magic horse! Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  3. you already jump a barge. Why the interest in a low bulk canopy? Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  4. sabre [email protected], aura, 28" collapsable, 8 1/2 bridle, never an issue. Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  5. If you have a month or two than you still have time to sell it and get a Funk. Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  6. I remember that, Please find that video! Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  7. Its a great name. It has both BASE and Skydive genitalia. I'm hard just thinking about it. Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  8. whooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo... cares. Let him play with it. I really doubt he's going to go huck it from his local E. Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  9. I never flare before pitching. Why would I want to create more drag, and thus burble, to pitch into? I flare right after I pitch which helps saddle me out nice and soft. And nothing changes between my base pitch and my skydiving pitch. As far as collapse or no collapse, I'd personally consult your Wingsuit manufacturer. If the wing is designed so it can stay inflated and stable while accessing the BOC then I see no disadvantage. Just my personal $0.02 That'll be 5 bucks! Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  10. My Atari fits in the nutsack. Suck it venom Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  11. Lol easy cowboy. Take a breath and learn to fall. Don't be in such a hurry to post a cool video to YouTube. Plus, tracking is way more badass than Wingsuit flying if you know what you're doing. So stop being so simple minded, get off your single track mindset, and watch some Ted Rudd videos, some freefly sky videos, some crw and rw videos, and learn about how to respect canopy sports. Otherwise you'll have few and or wrong friends in the base community and even smaller ws base community. Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  12. That's because you're doing it wrong. You don't want to "squeeze" the air out with the funk. It is designed so you more "wrap" your hand and forearm around the back of the suit and to your BOC. It is much much easier than trying to force the wing closed. ^THIS! Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  13. I'm pretty new to this sport, but maybe someone can clarify for me. With the hard-working aerodynamicists, the factory that has decades of experience making nylon airfoils, the great customer service, the user-friendly website, the short lead-times, safety driven design, and the youtube proven performance; why would anyone shop elsewhere? Seriously curious, not trying to be a dick because I suck in any suit. Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  14. Just letting you know what I use. I'm not the best...just the best looking. Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  15. http://www.rei.com/product/811687/nite-ize-stainless-steel-s-biner-size-1-package-of-2 Try these instead of the bungees. Just make sure they are through the eyelets in the front (for tight reserve handles), and zipper ends on the back. Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  16. He lives within all of us. Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  17. It's no VSE but I love my Vortex II. Super comfy, stylish, fully articulated with stainless for a fraction of the cost of other brands. Never had a problem with the riser flaps or pin flaps coming open prematurely. Repacking and closing the reserve isn't as easy at first as on an infinity because of the external spring. But it's been a solid system for me so far. Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  18. This is a terrible and unsafe idea. Do you know why? Everyone flies at different rates. Different fall rates, different horizontal speeds, different glide ratios (GR). The challenge for newer fliers is and has always been to determine at which point they've positioned themselves out of being able to fly completely back to their canopy playground under their wingsuit when hard lanes of wingsuit flight have not been established at a dropzone. I.e.: Where wingsuiters always make left hand patterns out of the aircraft and fly directly back to the dz once in their designated lane, or the plane makes a left turn before wingsuiters get out so they only need to make one turn to point themselves down their lane. Spotting for wingsuits in flight is very similar to spotting for canopies in flight. Have you ever taken a flight 1 canopy course? In the 101 course, they tell you to find the spot on the ground that isn't moving up or down, only getting larger. If you make no other adjustments on your way down, the spot that isn't moving is where you will be landing. Wingsuit spotting is very similar with extra consideration that the spot is going to move significantly when you deploy, (unless you're flying at the same or better GR as your canopy, which may happen if flying into a stiff head wind, or flying a very large suit) and that you don't necessarily see that spot since it is hovering above the patch of ground you intend to deploy at, at your pull altitude. So, first you need to be able to find that spot under your wingsuit, and then have a pretty good clue about where that spot will move to once you deploy. The more experience you have finding that spot, the easier and faster you'll be able to find it while leading flocks, or while flying at less than your personal max. The faster you can find that spot, the sooner you'll know if your flight plan (if you aren't flying down a lane) will need an adjustment and/or a turn. Didn't read!
  19. Burble has less to do with airspeed and more to do with aerodynamics. If you dirty up your flight to slow down before pitching than you are dragging more air and creating a larger burble for your PC to get stuck in than if you would pitch from a flying position and THEN get dirty to slow down and swing through your opening. Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  20. Exit~> fly half way to pull altitude~> turn around and come back (don't forget to look down) p.s. Adjust for wind. That will be $20 Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  21. More experience..? Did we not see the same promo? http://vimeo.com/96139114 Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  22. Well since you "know people" you're probably right then. However, since I jump three different Squirrel suits, I'd like to chime in and say that I have never had a problem with the innie-outie system. And for those who do, I'd check to make sure the suit is rigged right or if it (or their rig) fits correctly. I witnessed a cutaway yesterday flying next to a friend in a colugo, and he apparently had no issues finding his handles either. The zippers on my squirrels are bomber, located properly on every suit, and have never been "swallowed" while sitting down, bunching up, or getting funky. I started on a havok, and to this day it is the only suit that has swallowed a handle while sitting down. I believe that having zippers on both sides of the handles allows the suit to adjust to your handles while you move around in the plane and the sky. Great design! And as for your comment about making and buying two wingsuits, that would kind of defeat the purpose of skydiving the suit you are going to BASE jump, wouldn't it? (yes, it would). I like the current system more than I like this forum thread, puppies, kitten videos, spicy mustard, or any other wingsuits on the market.
