At Elsinore there is a gentleman there that at the age of 67 decided he would like to learn to base jump and showed up one day and asked if anyone could teach him to base jump. They suggested he learn to skydive first and four years later he has 2900 jumps and at least ten base jumps. I want to be like him when I grow up. I am 55 now and have 65 jumps.

They are not jumping there right now I hope they get going again soon

I was packing my chute at Elsinore this weekend had taken my shoes off to take of jump suit and went to kick my d bag and pilot chute out from under and hit my foot on the mat putting me out of action. colorful picture attached. Led to good beer therapy. Sorry colorful picture to big to attach but swollen and black and blue you get the picture.

I guess I will get someone to video it and watch it in slo mo. I will try throwing the PC and arching more see if that helps.

I am jumping a vector 3 with a silouhette canopy that is new to me. I spent the weekend at Elsinore and Monday morning looked like someone hit me in the bicep with a bat. Anyone know what is going on with that I am assuming the riser is getting me somehow. Anyone heard of or experienced this? Thanks for the help. Don

At the Ranch with overcast clouds were 2000 doing hop and pops got out of the plane at 1800 on my alti tossed at 1500 had a pd f111 that snivled on opening kept looking at the canopy and looking at the ground hoping that thing was going to finish opening sometime. No AAD of course stupid looking back on it. But I did do three more. Ah Youth

I am 6'4"out the door at 300 jumping a vector 3 with a 330 halo chute. Learn to spread out and slow down.
