Barely used complete system. I do not have solid numbers on number of jumps but the main is in virtually new condition, 9 repacks, no jumps on reserve. Harness container fully featured with SS hardware and padded back, hip and leg pads. Main is PD Saber II 135, reserve is PD PR126. Harness has 16.5" MLW and 18" hip lateral. More precise info about sizing can be obtained from manufacture using harness dimensions and rig S/N. Harness container has only 241 jumps, main has 37, reserve 1 jump, 7 repacks. Harness is fully articulated with SS hardware, main comes with extra lineset. Rig is available in the shop for viewing and sizing if you are in the Eloy area. Owner is 5'11" 190lb at time of purchase, is only owner and said the rig was slightly loose in fit. Rig was owners 3rd rig which is why there are so few jumps on it. Please contact by text or email. Do not call, I no longer answer phones due to excess spam and telemarketing.

  4. Thanks, I have the QII, just could not get a QI even after contacting manufacturer which annoyed me greatly
  5. That's it, thanks for the quick help. Busy weekend ahead and customer was hoping to pickup in AM We did not find the manual on the Strong site. Calling them, they did not provide one. The guy we talked to told us his best recollection of the rig. Our question was simply the sub flap order with the cutter placement. It's been a while since I've seen a QI since moving out west and was suprised to find I didn't have the manual in my library. Thanks again, JHL
  6. I need a Quasar I manual, anyone have one scanned that I could get by email. Or, know of any online sources. Contacting Strong was a waist of time. Parachutemanuals.com seems to no longer exits. Any other sources? Could use some help thanks JHL 520-233-1245 desertskiesrigging@gmail.com
  7. I have a customer with an old Battwing, he needs a trim check and LST replacement - any help would be appreciated
  8. Great article. One thing I see a lot that you might want to add (forgive me if you did, I speed read through it). Do not ever by sight unseen, no matter who it is or how much you think you trust them. I run an escrow service through my rigging loft for this purpose. We receive the gear, hold in security, inspect for the buyer, confirm satisfaction then release only after seller has received payment. That way both parties interests are being looked out for. I have seen a lot of people get thoroughly screwed over the years by being too trusting. thanks again and again, great article. JHL Desert Skies Parachute Rigging
  9. I know this is an old thread but will give it a crack have a Ukrainian woman in my loft needing I&R on her Eclipse. Have packed many over the years, no big deal, have manual etc. However, her res PC is suspicious. No ID or TSO stampings/stenciling etc. Everything else is OK. Anybody know of any acceptable alternatives, UPT res PC for instance or something like that? I know there are a couple manufacturers that approve the use of a couple different res PCs in their rigs, or when one goes out of business they approve the use of another manufacturers components in some cases. However, I can't find anything to that effect in any of my documentation. thanks JHL
  10. Any good suggestions on how to avoid buyers scams? I have a rig in the classifieds for a customer and concerned about this. I understand that even after "certified" funds or paypal payment is received this can actually be rejected by the sellers bank, like passing a bad check. Of course I would never take a personal check from someone I did not know, but if this can happen with certified/secured funds such as a paypal payment or cashiers check, how do you protect yourself?
