  12. The elastic cord stows that came with my bag were a bitch to use. After the first attempt, changed them out to large rubber bands. I have over 150 jumps on mine and I will not be using a regular D bag again. Quick, soft openings and I have yet to experience a line twist.   25. You can get the license at any dropzone and through any type of student program. Static line, IAD, AFF or tandem progression. The license is good anywhere in the US. The main reason head out to Florida, Arizona, California etc. is for the warmer weather. Like I said, Cross Keys is open all year, but it does get chillier in the winter.
