I would recommend 1080 @ 60fps (wide) on the GoPro Hero3+ Black Edition. That camera also has a mode called "Superview" that will shoot 1080 @ 48fps. Superview is the same width as 1080 @ 60fps but it brings in more from the top and bottom of the sensor (a little distortion will be seen). Do some test shots at home and see if you like it. Superview is especially nice for freeflyers in my opinion. Superview uses the whole sensor but outputs a 16:9 video if that makes sense. How well does a Opteka .3 compare to a Raynox .3?
