  1. Thank you for driving home my point..."kids" are why we are here...they are our purpose...
  2. Very proud father, and never wanted kids...I had no idea what I was missing out on...
  3. So, two personal attacks in the last 3 post, yet not a single word about the "crime" reported in the OP, Very Telling.... Maybe you should offer your thoughts. And yours are? I'm pretty sure my outrageous title gave mine...what is yours? (about the OP, not me)
  4. Put a bright colored pull up cord tied around the reserve handle, so some idiot can't pull it, then simply be polite, they have delt with parachutes before...(bright color so you don't forget to remove it when you get where you're going)
  5. Me? strangely enough, even though I am against the testing on a whole, I am for it! It is a rocky road...the test don't give time tables as they need to.. BUT, would I want my sister to make her first jump with a hung over TI? HELL NO.... Guess it comes down to , "who police's"?

  7. Well, I see my title worked, it was intended to anger, and draw attention....I done good....
  8. BUT , now that it is a legal drug, with card carrying user's, seems unenforceable... I'd think a card holder could sue for being unfairly released...But then, we are contractors, they really don't need an excuse...
  9. What a unique concept. People keep taking about taking skydiving “mainstream.” Well “mainstream” looking professional and conducing yourself in a professional manner. There has always been a different standard for drug testing when the position involves the lives of others. Working in field of skydiving, instructors, riggers and pilots are all responsible for the safety of the uninitiated public. jmo Sparky How does hair fit in there? there is nothing wrong with well kept long hair...
  10. I had heard something that rhymed with Chicken Plucker, and had something to do with mothers...To each their own......
  11. SAN DIEGO -- U.S. border authorities have arrested a controversial Muslim cleric who was deported from Canada to Tunisia three years ago and was caught earlier this month trying to sneak into California inside the trunk of a BMW, according to court documents. Said Jaziri, the former Imam of a Muslim congregation in Montreal, was hidden inside a car driven by a San Diego-area man who was pulled over by U.S. Border Patrol agents...east of San Diego. Jaziri allegedly paid a Tijuana-based smuggling group $5,000 to get him across the border...saying he wanted to be taken to a "safe place anywhere in the U.S." The arrest marks the unexpected resurfacing of the 43-year-old cleric, whose protracted legal battle to avoid deportation drew headlines in Canada. A Tunisian...Jaziri was deported for failing to disclose a criminal conviction in France while applying for refugee status... Jaziri is being held as a material witness in the criminal case against the BMW’s driver, Kenneth Robert Lawler, who has been charged with immigrant smuggling...His bond has been set at $25,000. According to the court documents, a Mexican foot guide led Jaziri and a Mexican immigrant over the fence near Tecate and he trekked overnight through the rugged back country, to a road where drivers frequently pick up immigrants for smuggling runs into San Diego.... Border Patrol agents, alerted by firefighters who saw the immigrants get in the trunk, pulled the car over near the Golden Acorn Casino, about 50 miles east of San Diego. He told agents that his journey to the border had been a long one. He took a flight from Africa to Europe, then to Central America and Chetumal, Mexico, on the Mexico-Belize border, where he took a bus to Tijuana. (Excerpt) Read more at bostonherald.com ...

BTW, I have been drug free over 16 years....So not a doper trying to stand up for my "bro's", Just an American that is sick of rights being abused...
  14. The problem with testing, is it has nothing to do with how you were while working, It goes into yoru private life! I saw one of the best/safest JM's/TI's in the business, loose his job to a dirty test , because of what he did on his own time....BS....
