Hi, my name is John. I'm originally from Texas, but now I live in North Carolina and jump at Raeford. I started jumping at the beginning of September and now I'm up to 43 jumps with an A license. The main things I'm focusing on now are getting better at packing and trying different rigs because I want to buy one in the next few months. I'm also trying to get my B license in the next month or so.

I've got 43 jumps now and I'm thinking of buying a rig sometime in the next month or two. I had a line-over on a Stiletto 190 today and had to cut away so the main thing that's on my mind right now is canopies that are forgiving of less than perfect pack jobs. I'm getting better, but I took my time with the packjob today and thought I did a decent job, which worries me. I've been doing my own packing since about jump 30. I've heard that Spectres and 7-cells in general are a little more forgiving. I've jumped a Spectre 190 that I liked. Any thoughts?
