  1. Bro as I said you´re the party in this (and many other conflicts) your opinion does not really counts.
  2. he was not killed in the bombing. is he? he was killed afterwards by ppl who knew very well who he is and who knew very well that their deed is against International Humanitarian Law and Geneva Convention... The fact that the media in western europe cheer his death and try to shift the blame to "idiotic rebels" is very obvious sign that nato has been directly involved in this act. Of course, as we all know NATO has never been prosecuted for any similar actions in the past so why should it be any different this time? Edit: I just saw your a military by profession and you work for NATO, at least it´s stated in your profile - so your opinion on this topic is highly biased by your involvement in the matter.
  3. bro, I´m not in conspiracy things. In the beginning I was not interested in this story at all, but when I saw war going on and on... and media went more and more silent... it just cough my attention when BBC broadcasted those fake images of "green square" actually made somewhere in India... I just got interested in the matter... The money of all of us, otherwise to be used in health care, education, culture and above all in SPORT in spent in bombing other nation and killing ppl. I simply want my money back and no investments in overseas bombings and killings. All those Arabs - I don´t want them to be angry at Europeans or Americans just because a bunch of idiots among us decided to bomb them and kill their leaders.
  4. Yeah, ok... was there nanothermite involved, too? you mean weapons of mass destruction? except cluster bombs being used heavily by nato in bombing Sirt I cannot recall any weapons on mass destruction used by Ghadaffi what so ever. Strange isn´t it?
  5. Or to keep others from desecrating the grave? nato said: "to prevent his grave become a holy place..." There are some examples of ex dictators (like Sadam H) who are not buried in secret places... even though Sadam has been much more hated by his own ppl than Ghadaffi. in other words nato excuse reveals again that the only ppl really wanted see Ghadaffi dead and hide his body are nato troops and their puppets on the ground...
  6. Probably the same fate as Saddam. Buried in secret where nobody will know the location. I bet not. It turns out I was right, except for a few individuals and family members. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/45027029/ns/world_news-mideast_n_africa/#.TqbhZrI8eM0 I wonder why is he buried in secret place if, following nato media: "he was a dictator and was with-thrown by his own nation". In other words, either he is a hero for Libyan nation - and thus buried in the secret place in order to prevent his grave become a holy place? Or he is an enemy of the nation and it is not important where nor when is he buried?
  7. If I were you, I would pay a visit to GP...
  8. The amount of blood nato made all around the world to install the puppet governments... We can estimate the amount of blood that will be lost when they get swept from the scene?
  9. do you think NATO needs reasons? do you really believe in those stories? There are Turks currently attacking the Kurds in Iraq as well. Should Turkey be bombed? Main "reason" to attack Iraq was that "Iraq has a weapons of mass destruction which can be used against western world". I haven´t seen those weapons yet - did you? The world is much bigger than USA and NATO. And the true is far more bigger than corporate media in the western countries. As you probably know the military employees work in those media as well - to create the ´true´ which suits the military purposes. Try to question everything you hear there and soon you´ll begin to see the reality as it is and not the reality they want you to see.
  10. Is that a crocodile tear we see for the man who brutalized his own people for 40 years??? do you really believe that story? Is it that hard to read the vast amount of evidence that is out there about the GaDaffyDuck's regime from in there??? evidence? like the evidence that Sadam Husein has weapons of mass destruction? Like the evidence that Osama Bin Laden was involved in 9-11 attacks? :) as I said, NATO does not need any reasons. Nobody dares (yet) to prosecute them. But the judgement day will inevitably come. Hey you can always go hide in the mountains with his remaining loyalists.... and fight that guerilla war for freedom to murder people who disagree with your martyred leaders whims... go for it.. Sorry bro. I don't like arms of any kind. I'd rather see these NATO war criminals in the courtroom and behind the bars where they belong.

  13. A school example of middle age barbarism. Even more, killing a war prisoner is a crime against humanity. But hey, who dares to accuse NATO general anyway? Who is next to be shot down? Iran? Syria? China?
  14. Blue skies Ted and thank you for everything.
  15. try not to change more than one setting at the time. You either dowsize at your home dropzone or you make few jumps with a bigger canopy at other drop zone and than downsize. in my experience downsizing from 220 to 190 was no big deal. Downsizing from 190 to 170 is big deal and it´s also from 170 to 150 sqft. why don´t you rent 220 or 210 at your home dropzone and take it to Dubai?

    DZ Chaika Ukraine

This dropzone is located only 15Km from the center of Kiev in a very cosy environment. It has a calm pace of loads (between 5-10 loads a day with 25 skydivers per load). Rental gear is of a great quality and staff is very friendly and helpful. They can also organize for you jumping a two/three ways, film you and provide you very good instructors and usually you don't have to pay extra for those services. ticket to 13000ft is around 17 EUR. Rig rental around 10EUR per jump. Packing ticket 2,5EUR. Prior the first jump you must pass medical examination (located on the airport) and fill in several forms. Main manifest staff and instructor do speak English very well. Other staff does not. The DZ can be reached by taxi which is relatively expensive. Return trip will cost you around 2 jump tickets. You can also choose for more adventures options and go by public transport which is extremely cheap. It costs less than 1EUR for return ticket. To reach the dropzone from the city center: 1) take the RED metro line metro to station "svyatoshino" 2) on svyatoshino metro station walk through the last metro exit and you'll get out under the bridge - which is the bus station (very dirty one) 3) on the bus station take the bus #37 to Chaika / make clear to the busdriver you're going to airport and he'll let you know where to get out of the bus. The bus makes kind of "circle" so don't worry if you see it turning in the middle of the road and going back. It will at some point come very close to airport 300m. 4) when you get out of the bus ask someone for the airport (body language helps if you don't speak Russian or Ukranian). Go to a big gray iron gate with an arrow on it and walk through the gate and you're on the airoport. 5) walk all the way until you reach small building with a parking lot in front of it - turn left to the building beside it (of the same size) and meet your fellow skydivers... Wish you a lot of fun @ Chaika!
  17. it's like trying to advice someone to jump with a broken leg which is healing... just add a bit more preasure untill... very bad advice indeed. every ear specialist will advice this guy to stay on the ground untill the wounds are entirely healed. dot.
  18. thank you Dave, I'll consider your advices carefully.
  19. Can someone recall the chain of events whereby a static line student get entangled in such a way that his left hand is among the lines? At the same time he had a line over malfunction... He could not pull reserve handle and because of that he hesitated on cutting the main away (although he had RSL installed). Is this event common on SL jumps? Is there a need to address this kind of malfunction during the training? What should be the proper handling?
  20. It's your wish to post your private info inhere and I respect that. It 's my wish (and right) not to do it. If you cannot deal with it u just avoid the topic please.
  21. hmm. I was talking about something else - about being borred in combination with "just do it" mentality. That mix can be deadly. Ppl sometimes see "the guy" and think "wow it looks easy... I can do it too..." but they probably don't have a clue how much time and effort "the guy" invested in that act... If skydiver is bored with skydiving maybe it's good idea to take a training and controlled progression into some specific discipline or doing something else (BASE included). But please DON'T JUST DO IT!
  22. I don't say the risk should not be taken. There must be some safety consideration, planning and training prior the jump is made and some ppl don't know or don't recognize it as necessity - and they die or get injured.
  23. after reading some incidents reports I come to conclusion that people take more risc out of boredom - and they die. They don't enjoy parachuting as it is and they try to "cross the border" to something bigger or trying to search for new challenges... forgetting that parachuting is by definition very dangerous sport. among these there are: 1. downsizing to minuscule canopy sizes 2. swooping 3. taking more and more riscs on each swoop 4. trying "new" things in free flying without prior serious safety consideration, planning or training 5. mounting camera on every jump 6. speed skydiving 7. and the extreme form of boredom refuge is BASE the list goes probably on and on...
