  1. Read the owner's manual. Does that represent FPS or MPH? Were you flying a wingsuit, belly-flying, doing head-down, or what? MPH. No suit. Started head down then belly I don't understand your question then. If you know it represents mph, then why are you asking "what is that?" Do the speeds seem to match what you were doing on the dives? You can easily reach 151 and 171 mph while going head-down. What exactly are you unsure of? I'm new and didn't think speeds that high could be reached

  4. My AFF instructor says I am sticking my butt ti high in the air when free falling. He's giving me some good tips on how to get me to arch better....push the bush, lift my knees as well as some floor excersies. Just wondering if anyone here also has some tips or tricks I can use to help with this. One thing we noticed was that my legs are pretty far apart and that it is easier to arch when cloer together. My guess is that I am so use to wide stances for wakeboarding, surfing and snowboarding that it is just habit and I need to work on breaking it. Thanks
  5. So far I like it. Seeing if I like the finger strap on my thumb or pointer finger. I notice it calculates a high MAX speed. One jump was 151 and another 171. What is that?? It is set for TAS Also, for you guys that download to a computer, what program do you use? Thanks
  6. I did my first AFF dive today and I am hooked! I want to get through the other 24 jumps asap! It gets cold here in WI soon so I need to try and go as much as possible. Minor malfunction as my line was twisted but I easily spun out of it Just wanted to say hi
  7. I am looking for a digital altimeter and maybe even one that is also a watch but not sure how easy they are to see??? Is there one that is well liked here? Keeping jump logs would be a plus. If no one likes that is also a watch what is the best just digital one? Thanks
