  1. Any good photos of the differences on webbing edges? class1 vs class1a, shuttle machines?, different uses of each one?. I already got the articles from BRM, those are great, I want more info Thanks Nico
  2. Hi Im looking a shaft for a singer 4 needle machine 131W Part number 244549 Thanks
  3. Hi Im looking for more info of "shelf life" parameters / storage conditions of parachute fabrics/webbings/lines other than the 3,5 years (MIL-DTL-6645J ), Im trying to learn & understand where that 3,5 years come from. I found very little information on degradation over time for raw materials on the shelf. On the military side, the government allows for shelf life of raw materials of 3 years or 5 years depending on the contract. On the civilian side there is no reference to shelf life on the regulations. The degradation of Nylon or other synthetic fibers is insignificant when sitting in a humidity and temperature controlled environment. Real damage UV lights (artificial fluorescent lamps or other), I already read the Wilcox study. I know every manufacturer specifies their own "service life" depending on their experience and preference. Any info would be appreciated Nico

  8. What is the meaning of the acronym DTL, for example (bridle material) MIL-DTL-5038 type 2 versus MIL-T-5038 type 2 Thanks Nico
  9. Hi, the TS135 on the structural jumps, said you cant go with less than 264 fully equipped (20% over te MOW), wich means the max placard weight is 220, regarding the minimum operation weight its fixed by the manufacturer, any opinion about this??, the minimumOW needs to be more away posible for some light girl scenario??.....or close to the max to help the drop testing campaign. Any technical opinion will be apreciated. PS: Perfo Designs said VLC Varies with Landing Condition Thanks a lot
