  3. So I had a big trip planned this weekend to Deland, ZHills and Sebastian. It appears that the big storm traveling across the Midwest is ending up there this weekend and I cancelled my trip. I'm heading up to Denver instead to and will be visiting MileHigh for 3 days straight. I've done a few searches but can't find much on this dz. I've read some of the reviews under the dropzone section but most are outdated (mostly bad). What's the vibe at this dz for funjumpers? Any regulars on dz.com? Any feedback would be appreciated.
  4. I'm not gonna post on your skydiving question,........ I'm too new to give advise but as a father of 19 and 23 year old sons I would be ashamed, disappointed and flat out pissed off if either one of my kids disrespected people like you have. The way I see it is your a punk with entitlement issues. Rant over

  6. I pretty much read dz.com for entertainment. Any questions I have I ask the experienced people at my dz. Its kinda entertaining watching the oldtimers on here have pissing contest when someone disagrees with them. Most of them have the "its my way or the highway " mentality. I agree that Dave is one of the people that has a lot of knowledge but it doesn't always come across as educational. I feel that most of the oldies, pops, chuck ect has forgotten what's its like to be a "noob " and have the excitement that goes along with it. But then again look at my jump numbers..... what do I know
  7. Last year they had a biplane running. Sounds like a great way to make a skydive
  8. I believe you need to download a kindle PDF reader, Ive read the sim on my wife's kindle. the android app is already available also i have it on my Phone
  9. I took 4 months off right after getting my A due to a shoulder surgery, I was so friggin nervous on the ride to altitude but as soon as i left the plane it was like i did it yesterday. Dont worry you will be fine
  10. Im 47 and my mom and dad support it because they know it makes me happy, My wife bought me my first tandem a year ago and was ok with the cash spent on getting license and gear. She also supports me and lets me jump whenever i want, but she will not go to the to the dropzone.
