  7. Is their a limit on how many times a reserve can be repacked.
  8. What a stupid f n question. There are no gaurantes in life.
  9. thats fine if your investing in them to resell when their fixed, but note in your description that the aad is no longer allowed in most rigs. its about looking out for your brothers & sisters. for all the people saying oh well you should of done your research. all i have to say to that is wow , i would not want you by my side if i were still in the military. in a sport as where you rely on your equipment so much i would expect everyone to watch each others backs.
  10. Has anyone noticed all the argus aads for sale in dz.com. Not one if them posted in there description that they ar ban in most rigs now. I feel bad for the newbies trying to buy an aad and think their getting a deal. Yes u should do research before u buy but some people are so exited about this sport they just want to jump in and buy everything fast. I find this dirty.
  11. The price doesn't matter, what matters is if it's airworthy. If your in doubt have a rigger check it out. But hey deals are out there if you don't rush and keep looking. I just scored a 2002 jav odyssey complete rig + aad under 90 jumps in it for 2500.
  12. I wouldn't waste your money on another helmet. I would invest it in another audible. My freefly coach told me to always have 2 audibles when freeflying. You'll notice when u start flying in different positions looking at your wrist will cork you out until u get the hang of it. So it's good to have the back up audible just in case your battery runs out batteries. It's very easy to get caught up in the moment while freeflying and it's quite easy to lose altitude awareness. Be safe and enjoy.
  13. it said wasted talent skydive and had a phone #. I called it and talk to the guy setting it up. he said hes not in operation yet but when he is he plan on have a base jumping course as well as skydiving. its in the vegas area
  14. pops if your referring to my post about raising a redflag your wrong. my buddies balloons have nothing to do with skyride or any skydiving company. he's a tourist ballon operator and owner in las vegas. my friends and i have jumped out of his balloons many time from 6000ft, "reason why i std 6000ft".
